It is possible to welcome and send-off high ranking officials, persons of importance as well as to organize business meetings in a new exclusive VIP lounge at Sarajevo International Airport.
The exclusive VIP lounge is a separate facility where VIP users can check in their luggage, complete passport check and go directly from the lounge to the aircraft by VIP bus (with 18 seating positions).
The exclusive VIP lounge offers the following:
Lease of entire VIP facility, capacity for 42 persons, in the amount of 2.000,00 BAM + VAT per hour.
- Lease of central part of the lounge – private lounge space, capacity for 25 persons, in the amount of 1.300,00 BAM + VAT per hour.
- Lease of central part of the lounge – public lounge space – capacity for 25 persons, in the amount of 500,00 BAM + VAT per hour.
- Lease of conference room, suitable for meetings and presentations, capacity for 10 persons, in the amount of 400,00 KM + VAT per hour.
- Lease of suite, capacity for 4 persons, in the amount of 500,00 KM + VAT per hour. The suite is equipped with leather furniture, a shower and LED TV screen. It is ideal for rest after long flights.
- Lounge space – private and workspace, capacity for 28 persons, in the amount of 1.400,00 BAM + VAT per hour. The space is suitable for the organisation of meetings for larger delegations.
- Lounge space – private and conference room, capacity for 35 persons, in the amount of 1.600,00 BAM + VAT per hour.
- Lounge space – private and suite, capacity for 29 persons, in the amount of 1.700,00 BAM + VAT per hour.
- Suite and workspace, capacity for 7 persons, in the amount of 600,00 KM + VAT per hour.
Note:
* After the expiration of first 60 minutes, every following period is calculated with a discount of 50% on the abovementioned fees.
The lease of the VIP facility also includes a transfer service of passengers by VIP vehicle (18 seating positions) from/to the aircraft.
Hot and cold beverages as well as various pastries are also included into the lease of the VIP facility.
It is possible to organize a catering service in the VIP facility for an additional charge, with a minimum 24 hours’ notice in advance.
It is possible to organize a luggage carrying service for VIP service users for an additional charge, with a minimum 24 hours’ notice in advance.
The above mentioned fees are without VAT.
The price of the VIP treatment is 50 KM per person and refers to the fast passage service (registration counter and passport control) through the passenger terminal. The price of the VIP treatment includes the use of the parking service in front of the passenger terminal for up to 30 minutes.
Notice and payment:
Payment for VIP lounge service can be made via pro-forma invoice, with 48 hour prior notice on every business day from 07:30 to 16:00. The payment is made in cash after 16:00 on business days, Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays.
The payment for VIP treatment service via pro-forma invoice can be made with a prior notice, 48 hours before the service use.
