Decree to exercise powers in economic entities with state equity participation within the jurisdiction of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette, no. 20/2016, 3/2017, 9/2017, 69/2017 and 6/2017) stipulates that the Government of the Federation shall exercise its right to participate in work and decision making of the assembly of economic entities with state equity participation via legal representative who is obligated to act in accordance with mandatory instructions provided by the Government of the Federation.
The Government of the Federation shall participate in work and decision making of the assembly directly or via relevant ministry and it shall grant a power of attorney in writing to the legal representative for each session of the assembly, including mandatory instructions for voting.
The relevant ministry is the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
