Catering department prepares meals and supplies aircraft with food and drinks. Its offer includes meals for business class, economy class, VIP passengers, as well as special meals prepared on user's request. Average number of daily prepared meals is between 700 and 800.
Sanitary conditions are on an exceptional level as confirmed by samples taken by the Institute for health protection of employees in air traffic. The Institute regularly does bacteriological tests in order to confirm microbiological status of food-stuffs.
The Catering service with good reason may be proud of its gastronomic skill in preparing and serving all kinds of meals.
